Visitors to the dunes often come into Chesterton and Valparaiso for great downtown dining and shopping. And with great hotels and bed & breakfast inns located near the beach and in the quaint towns, Indiana Dunes Country is a great place to enjoy a vacation and then take day trips to Chicago or Amish country.
